Driver Armor EULA
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ('AGREEMENT', ‘EULA’) FOR DRIVER ARMOR
Please read this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before downloading, installing or using Driver Armor (“Team IHA LLP”) Driver Armor (“Driver Armor”, “software”).
By downloading, installing or using a Driver Armor, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself, and/or your corporate entity (if applicable).
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Team IHA LLP and it governs your use of the Driver Armor made available to you by Team IHA LLP.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install or use the Driver Armor.
Ownership
The Driver Armor is licensed, not sold, to you by Team IHA LLP for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
All rights of software are reserved to "Team IHA LLP".
Evaluation software
If You have downloaded Driver Armorfor purposes of evaluation, regardless of how labeled, the evaluation/use of Driver Armor is limited to a specified period and/or limited functionality and all use will be governed by the terms set forth in this agreement. Please note that You are not obligated to purchase a premium license from Team IHA and at any point you can uninstall and remove Driver Armor from your computer. This evaluation may be terminated by Team IHA LLP at any time upon notice to you and will automatically terminate, without notice, upon the expiration of the evaluation period.
License (“Software License”, “Registered Software”, “Premium License”)
Upon your payment of the fees due and acceptance of this agreement, Team IHA LLP grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Driver Armor solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and according to the validity and restrictions of the License which you have paid for.
Third Party, Open Source Software
Parts of the Driver Armor may incorporate and consist of (i) proprietary software and / or (ii) third party open source materials (e.g., any software subject to open source, copyleft, gnu general public license, library general public license, lesser general public license, Mozilla license, open source initiative license, Apache or public domain licenses, or similar license) (“Open Source”), which you may use under the terms and conditions of the specific license under which the Open Source software is distributed. You agree that you will be bound by any and all such Open Source license agreements.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Driver Armor or make the Driver Armor available to any third party.
copy or use the Driver Armor for any purpose other than as permitted under the above sections ‘License’ and ‘Evaluation Software’.
modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Driver Armor.
remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Team IHA LLP or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Driver Armor.
Lifetime Licensing Policy (“Lifetime Of Device”, “Lifetime”)
Driver Armor lifetime license shall be valid and guaranteed full service upgrades and updates as long as you own the original computer upon which you originally installed the agent or client software and as long as the same operating system resides fully operational on that computer.
Intellectual Property
The Driver Armor, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Team IHA LLP.
Modifications to Driver Armor
Team IHA LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Driver Armor or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Updates to Driver Armor
Team IHA LLP may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Driver Armor, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications (“Updates”).
Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Driver Armor. You agree that Team IHA LLP has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Driver Armor to you.
Software Behavior
Scheduled Tasks
By installing desktop software or a mobile app produced by Team IHA you acknowledge that the Driver Armor will create and run scheduled tasks on your computer and/or mobile device. Scheduled tasks are enabled by default. Most scheduled tasks can be disabled by you at any time from within Driver Armor settings. If you wish to disable ALL scheduled tasks you need to shut down the software completely. Payment is not required to disable, enable or amend the scheduled tasks created by any of the Team IHA Driver Armor.
Background Processes
Upon installation, Team IHAs’ Driver Armor may set and run tasks or background processes on your computer that will auto-start upon reboot/restart of your computer’ operating system. These tasks are required to either check your installed software for available updates, validate your license information, monitor your computer for specific product-related items (such as privacy threats, malware infection attempts etc.) and various other product-related tasks that are required for the Driver Armor to provide the value and service they are intended to provide. If you do not wish to grant the Driver Armor that permission, please uninstall the Driver Armor at your convenience or disable the ‘Launch at System Startup’ option from within Driver Armor settings where applicable.
User Account Control / UAC
UAC is a security feature of Windows which helps prevent unauthorized changes to the operating system by prompting the user for manual approval. Team IHAs’ Driver Armor may disable the UAC prompts relating only to the Team IHAs’ Driver Armor in order to increase the user’s convenience and solely for the purpose of better user experience and product ease of use. At any point you, the user, can uninstall Driver Armor if you feel this is an inconvenience to you.
Installing Multiple Software’s
Please note that installing multiple security softwares with overlapping coverage on devices that are not designed for high performance is not recommended.
Third-Party Services
The Driver Armor may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, products and other Driver Armor services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”).
You acknowledge and agree that Team IHA LLP shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency,
quality or any other aspect thereof. Team IHA LLP does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.
Third-Party Services and links there to are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties’ terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy
Driver Armor collects, stores, maintains, and shares information about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at our privacy policy. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you hereby agree and consent to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
Terms and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Team IHA LLP.
Team IHA LLP may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Team IHA LLP, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Driver Armor and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your computer.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Driver Armor and delete all copies of the Driver Armor from your mobile device or from your computer.
Refund Policy
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you hereby agree and consent to the Driver Armor Refund Policy.
Billing & Payments:
All rights of the software are reserved to "Team IHA LLP" and the entire amount is charged by the name of ihasoft.co. Users can check software account details and claim refund by simply visiting ihasoft.co

Entire Agreement
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Team IHA LLP regarding your use of the Driver Armor and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Team IHA LLP.
You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase other Team IHA LLP’ services, which Team IHA LLP will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase.
